Each case is unique and, therefore, pricing is unique, depending on what will be needed. I offer flat pricing and don’t charge a trial fee unless we go to trial. As a sole practitioner, I handle all aspects of the case, making my costs lower. I pass those savings on to you. I also offer payment plans for those needing one.

The real answer is: maybe. Hiring an attorney might not get you a better deal, but it also might help tremendously. Hiring an attorney means that you are exhausting all avenues to ensure your rights are protected and you have an advocate who understands the law there for you. Hiring an attorney also means you likely will not have to go to court for pretrial hearings, saving you time you could be at work or at school or anywhere other than court.

Choosing a lawyer is dependent on your individual needs. The best lawyer for you is the one you feel more comfortable with, the one who takes the time to listen to your concerns, and a lawyer who is knowledgeable about the area of law you are hiring him/her for.

In Arizona, prosecutors can file a misdemeanor case up to a year after the incident. For a felony, they can wait up to seven years! While this amount of time is uncommon, criminal cases can be a lengthy process and it is important to hire someone that can handle the pretrial process while you carry on with life as well as possible.
